Weekly Events

MONDAY

PARENT SUPPORT ADVISERS ROOM

MINDFUL MONDAYS – DROP IN FOR A COFFEE AND CHAT

Relaxation sessions – do you often feel stressed, too much to do and not enough time, concerned about the amount of time your child spends on his computer, watching tv, no time for you!

Then come along on Monday mornings.   You will feel refreshed, relaxed and it’s a good way to start the week in a positive frame of mind.

Learn new skills and meet new friends.   Tea/Coffee All welcome.

 

TUESDAY

PARENT SUPPORT ADVISERS ROOM

IS ENGLISH YOUR SECOND LANGUAGE?

Learn how to help your children with their English and how they are taught in school.

Conversation sessions to help improve your confidence when speaking English.

Tea and coffee provided.

A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and meet new friends.

 

THURSDAY

GARDEN PROJECT

Please come along on a Thursday morning and see what the children are growing in our Eco area.

We are so very fortunate here at Beam to have such a wonderful outdoor learning area and I would love to meet you and show you what we do.

If you have a spare hour it would be wonderful to have your support and get involved with the project.  No skills required just a friendly smile!

Upcoming Courses

FIRST AID – BASIC LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING for Parents/Carers

PSA ROOM

Basic First Aid Course which teaches the elements needed to save a life in an emergency.  No written work or exam is necessary.

Thursday 7th June 2018 – 1 session.  PLACES ARE LIMITED

9.15 – midday

£5 donation.

A certificate of attendance only and booklet on completion of the course.

KEEPING UP WITH THE CHILDREN LITERACY – KEY STAGE 2

Starting Tuesday 5th June 9.00 – 11.00 a.m. 2018PSA ROOM
